YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Hey guys! make sure you eat nutritious meal because a meal containing essential nutrients will contribute to your general wellbeing. Avoid junk and refined foods, go back to the kitchen and cook raw foods- they are the best.
Cut down your sugar and fat intake, if you must consume fat and oils make sure they are unsaturated fat such as those obtained in fish and some plants like olives, soya, sesame seed, rape seed etc.
Remember that no single food contains all nutrients, based on this, I advocate that you consume varieties. Eat cereals, legumes and nuts, unsaturated oils, fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, roots and tubers.
