Jefferson Pen Pals - New Friends in United States

hello. I live in a small town Jefferson Ohio about an hour south of Cleveland. It is like Mayberry RFD. I keep expecting to see Opie and the sheriff walking down the streets with their fishing polls. There is no crime it is bucolic. Everyone is friendly says hi and goes to church. There are Amish with their horse and buggies. no electricity and only go to 8th grade. Recently an Amish got busted for a DUI driving his buggy. This quiet ambiance is new to me. I grew up in the inner city of Pittsburgh dealing with police sirens muggers and hookers.

I have led an interesting life full of drama and trauma, a made for TV movie, love lost love found, highs to the skies and lows from which I thought I would never recover. I spent a number of years in a catholic monastery and while in college drove a cab in the inner city of Pittsburgh. On these two adventures I could write a book. My interests are broad and eclectic. I would so much like to share my lifes experience and hear about yours. LOVED SHARED IS LOVE DOUBLED AND PAIN SHARED IS PAIN CUT IN HALF. I think I have a great sense of humor so if you are a midget, work in a circus or over 7 feet tall. I have to let it go. With humility I think anyone who contacts will enjoy it.
