Hello! Would love to share experiences of travel, life and languages, and what other people in Europe are doing now during the social distancing! I live in Scarsdale, a village only half an hour from NYC, yet worlds away between the Long Island Sound and the Hudson River. I love being able to be in the city quickly, yet have the calmness of live here. Just when I was ready to travel overseas the virus broke out, and so miss Europe!
Well, spending my time baking (thanks to watching the Great British Baking Show!) and finally learned how to bake an amazing, healthy bread, and learning to make gluten free items as well. Walking and doing yoga/stretching thanks to online classes, and since I'm selling my families' house, trying to find a new place to live! So, no down time, really, but I like the calmness when I do go out with no traffic....and, the air is fresh and clean, and the stars are brighter, so all is good!
I always have aspired to a healthy lifestyle, and was in the spa business. I'm fascinated by travelling and meeting people from different countries and sharing their experiences. As I'm trying to learn French, would like to connect with someone from France to perhaps learn each others' language better (I'm an English major).
