I'm looking for funny people

I am a Brazilian teacher, 76, single, one son, one granddaughter, three nephews and two nieces. I would love to exchange ideas and make friends with senior people. There are few older people in my social group. I speak Portuguese, English and Spanish. I like to be involved in social or charity work trying to help people. Income differences in Brazil are too big, many people need help. Right now I visit patients and go to charity fairs in a Hospital Association. I dream about doing something like City Meals or Meals on Wheels. I also enjoy talking about history, politics, sociology, pets, daily life, food etc. In my youth I've been a foreign student, in l.A. USA. There I had the oportunity to visit interesting places like Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Disney, Mount Palomar, Las Vegas (we don't have cassinos in Brazil) etc. I have been to Europe, also, and loved it. Now I live in a medium size town, nice climate, 10 C in winter and 35 C in summer, in the southeast of Brazil, between Sao Paulo and Brasilia. The only tourist attraction here is a dinosaur site called Peiropolis. It is a nice place, surrounded by fruit trees and gift shops. A second attraction is Rio Grande, with "river cabins" along its course, where people do canoeing and fishing and spend week-end or vacation.

Well, I'm trying to make some new friends cause I need to practice my English with a native speaker and because I really enjoy learning things about new places and people.

I'm a passionate in life and things I can do. Love talk with people and share my thoughts and travel. I love nature, photos, musics, tv shows, movies, video games and walk out.
