Buéa Pen Pals - New Friends in Cameroon

I am the Project Manager of Christian Builders International . The mission of this Faith-Based Charity Organization is to work as a synergy and consortium with local and International stakeholders(Collaborators) in promoting vocational,technical and entrepreneurial education in rural Cameroon thereby creating opportunities for employment and economic self-reliance and income generation activities. This initiative will equally reduce social and political instability,quicken local development because it will create a pool of local technicians and engineers,wealth and capital will be created as well,youth are make up the majority will become able leaders,family heads,and nation builders.I am an advocate for social,economic and political justice,fairness,equality and the respect of human right.I am also of the opinion that women and the minority groups be empowered so that they can always participate in local and national development projects.I also belief that for development to be quickened more women should be literate and educated against some harmful traditional and cultural practices which means there is need for a forum with all stakeholders to put a stop to such barriers.I am also looking a good reason for strengthening local democracy and good governance also known as local stakeholders or people-self development approach.This is when outsiders only play the role of facilitating people initiatives and the local people themselves do the implementation using the competence which has been transferred to them.I think that when the majority received or understand the knowledge,majority will implement activities,majority will monitor and evaluate activities,majority will sustain activities and activities will impact the majority positively.I belief also that, for local project to produce its fruits,there must be an effective and regular communication network from the bottom to the top of the administration and must also regular administrative and management (stakeholders) meetings and in-service training.The accounting system be up-to-date for transparency and to avoid mismanagement of financial,material and human resources.
I will need your collaboration in ideas and in finance to get this plans realized for African countries.
