So, you stopped to look, thank you. How do you define a character and lifestyle in just a few short sentences? Probably you can't, but I'll try to give an outline.

I live in the UK, no particular place here 'cause I live on a boat. This is a choice I made several years ago when I decided I wasn't going to play the corporate rat-race, consumer, mortgaged wage-slave any more. My only regret is that I didn't make the jump sooner.

I am single, well more accurately divorced once, widowed once. Made my fair share of mistakes and failings, some humorous some shameful, just the same flawed human being as anybody else in the world. I like to think that I've learned from my errors. I'm just happy, go lucky, never condemn or judge, mostly at peace with the world and definitely with myself.

I like to read pretty much anything. Music is something that relaxes me, any genre (mostly) just depends on my mood. Wildlife fascinates me, and, living on a boat in the countryside you get so see plenty of that.

I'm hoping to write to a mature female, probably 45 - 50 and upwards. Not expecting anything more than honesty and openness. Just to laugh, share experience and generally pull the world apart.

Shy but a little cheeky. Good sense of humour. Hobbies include reading, classical music, theatre ,singing. I did a drag caberet show in Gran canaria for 8 years, separated from partner, now living alone. I have not long finished treatment (Radio and Chimo) for cancer but now on the mend, thank goodness.
