Hello Ladies. well, what can I tell you about myself eh? My name is Peter and I am 68 years young and live in Wales in the United Kingdom. I am 6'2" tall, average build, clean shaven, have all my own hair and teeth and wear glasses. I am divorced and have no children. I was born and brought up in Swansea in South Wales which is where I live now after having worked and lived around the world, especially in Australia.
The first half of my working life was spent in the Royal Air Force as an aircraft engineer and the second half as a teacher and college/university lecturer. I do not smoke and never have and I do not drink alcohol. I stopped drinking on December 31st 1970 when I was 21 and got very drunk sharing a bottle of whiskey at a New Year's party. I wanted to die for a week afterwards and vowed that I would NEVER get drunkagain!
I consider myself to be a good, decent, loyal, loving and caring man who is far too emotional for his own good. I am also well educated and qualified to Phd level ( I am not that clever! I worked very hard for my qualifications). I am also a very confident man who can talk to anyone, anywhere.
My interests are quite eclectic and include theatre and cinema, country and coastal walking, writing for profit, current affairs, volunteering, reading and slobbing out in front of the television (don't we all?). I am also a Toastmaster (Master of Ceremonies) and usually officiate at weddings.
