My name is Erin and I am recently widowed. It will be a year in April. I am looking for a pen pal. A little history about me. I grew up in a very supportive family. I started playing piano very young by my father. When I was about 8 I started piano lessons. At age 9 I started playing the violin and recorder. By age 11 I started playing the oboe. I stopped playing the violin when I was 14 and concentrated on piano and oboe. I was a Music Major in college, Oboe being my major instrument. I accompanied many musicians playin g piano for them. I have an associate's degree in Music. I unfortunately did not finish my Bachelor's Degree. I started working at Emedco/ Seton in 2000 and I am currently still there. I had my son in 2001, his name is Christopher or Chris. Now that he is 18 I have other names I call him when he irritates me. LOL. He got my Music ability but he chose to sing rather than learn an instrument. He is a bass and of course I think he has a beautiful voice. Like a mom should. My husband and I got married in 2000 and he passed away in 2018. Music is still a big part of my life. I teach the Sunday School and the Junior Choir at my Church. I have been doing that for 12 years now. I like to read. Scottish Historical Romance. I took a trip to Scottland years ago and fell in love with it. My son is now obsessed with finding all our relatives over there. I think it is great. I do like to travel and go see Musicals. Lately though I feel like I put my life on hold since my husband passed and I would like to meet new friends. I am really looking forward to meeting you!
