I'm just an average middle aged woman. Married almost 17 years now and most of my kids are grown. I think the last person I wrote to regularly was my grandmother years ago. But I remember that feeling of recieving a letter in the mail. Thought it might be fun to experience that again

Some of my interests are history, archaeology, UFO's, playing guitar (though I don't play as well as I'd like to).

I like eating out, concerts, travel, American football. I've been known to sit on the couch for a few days just reading or watching TV and cooking.

First and foremost, I love God. I am married and have one daughter. I work full time in a management position.

On to the fun stuff!

I'm a fun person. I laugh at myself often and I think I am hilarious. My husband disgaree's with that, but who asked his opinion anyway?!?! I have virtually no friends right now, so I am looking for someone to laugh with me! Though, I'm not opposed to sharing the sad times, too! I have a few of those myself! Life with a teenage daughter ;) I love to read A LOT... On average in a year I will read roughly 250 books. (Yes, I have done the math and counted and this is statistically correct...) I used to write a lot and I am looking in to getting back in to that. Songs, poems, blogging... I tried my hand at a short story a couple times, they turned out well but short stories (or long ones!) isn't where my heart lies in writing. My favorite foods include: hot sauce, and basically after that I can eat anything because hot sauce makes everything taste amazing! I have tried hot sauce on everything you can imagine, from dinner foods to desserts!

I would really love to meet someone who is willing to spend time investing in our friendship. Someone who I can talk to God about and who I can laugh and cry with... I invest everything I have in to friendships and would appreciate a friend who is looking for the same things I am.
