My interests are, besides my family and friends, obviously tablets along with the Internet. I love every part of nature except where man creates chaos. I have two wonderful dogs. Most of my life has been accompanied with dogs. I have for many, many years studied our canines, especially their behavior. No, I'm not a Veterinarian. That was my dream. (Listen to this....) When I graduated from high school, I wrote to the president of the Veterinary College here in Indiana about being accepted into the Veterinary field. I was told that a women was never accepted into that field because the work was way too hard and women weren't made to work in such harsh conditions.

I like to think that I'm kind, compassionate, empathetic, and a good friend. I love to read, work on my tablet, watch movies/TV, and especially listen to music...almost any music with the exceptions of Opera, Heavy Metal, Heavy Jazz (love smooth jazz, though). I can completely get lost in music I like. I worked for a pharmaceutical firm for 31 years before retiring. I have been married once, unfortunately no children. I love to laugh, especially at myself. I don't drink nor smoke. I am a Christian.
