I'm a southern lady born and raised on the Mississippi coast who just returned home after spending 2 years with a friend over the road in an 18 wheeler based out of Oklahoma. During those 2 years, I got the chance to visit South Dakota. I fell in love with the land, the native Americans, their native language, foods, medicines and customs. While in Oklahoma, I learned many of the old ways from the Choctaws. I would love to have a native American pen pal in South Dakota ,e-mail OR snail mail, male or female, to learn their customs as well.
