FIRST OF ALL--NO MEN NO MEN NO MEN--How many times do I have to block idiots who cannot read? Stop sending me these idiotic messages. I am sick of it. I am a 70 year old, happily married lady. My husband and I have four adult children, eight grandchildren, and we escaped California in 2013, now loving life in South Dakota. I have had pen friends since I was nine years old, and have always loved the hobby. I am into genealogy and am an avid reader. I am a conservative, Christian (although not a church member) person who has found from long experience that writing to people with whom I share common attitudes works out best for both of us. In other words, I am, therefore, NOT INTERESTED IN CORRESPONDING WITH MEN, LIBERALS, PRISONERS OR ATHEISTS! You have every right to believe as you choose, but common ground tends to make for longer lasting friendships. I am continually receiving messages from folks who clearly have not read this info--I am also not interested in anyone younger than 55, anyone incarcerated, any horny men "looking for love",or anyone who wants money. I can and do enjoy sharing forwards via email, but am only looking for people who want to correspond via postal mail.
