Looking for open minded and travelers at the Senior level

Hello. I have been fluent in Spanish for 30 years and am currently studying Italian and making good progress. I lived in Peru for 7 years where I worked with the Summer Institute of Linguistics. My husband and I visited Milano a number of years ago when our daughter and her family were working in Milano. They were there for 15 years, so we have a granddaughter with whom I can speak Italian. I would like to have a pen pal from Milano, or any city, really. I would like my pen pal to write to me in Italian and I would answer in English. Of course over time that plan could be modified as the pen pal and I may prefer. I use a variety of materials in my study of Italian, but my favorite is to read novels by Agatha Christie, holding the Italian edition in one hand and the English edition in the other! :-)
